We understand that things come up. We value your business and ask that you be respectful of our policies. Cancellation Policy: Please be courteous and give us a 24 hour notice before canceling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the services that were reserved. This fee will need to be paid before any future appointments can be made. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for an appointment, you will be required to pay 100% of the services that were reserved before any future appointments can be made. We believe in second chances but if do not show up for a second time, then you will no longer be able to reserve any future appointments with us. Late Policy: If you are running late please let us know asap! If you are 15 minutes late, we will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment. This will result in 20% late fee. Pre-consultation instructions for new clients: Thank you for choosing our salon! To ensure we provide you with the best possible service and achieve the results you’re looking for, please follow the steps below before your appointment:      1    Submit Photos: Kindly send clear photos of your current hair, including any areas that may need attention (e.g., roots, damaged ends). This will help us assess your hair's starting point and determine the right approach for your service.      2    Inspiration Photos: Please also include any inspiration pictures of the hairstyle or color you’re hoping to achieve. This gives us a better understanding of your vision and allows us to tailor our recommendations to suit your needs. These details will help us ensure a smoother, more effective consultation, and we’ll be able to customize the experience to fit your desired look. Required Submission Time: We ask that you submit your photos at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. This will give us ample time to review your hair and tailor the consultation or any recommendations. Your stylist will reach out to you for these. Adjustments: If your hair condition or desired style requires additional time or product, we may suggest adjusting your appointment duration or discuss a more suitable approach to achieving your goals.
